Over a series of 4 professionally facilitated courses, families bond in a new and exciting way. Parents gain a deeper understanding of what their children really need from them, and take an intense look at what being a child in today’s world is really like.

Parents and professionals become more aware of the dynamics which are at work in the family, learn how to diagnose and categorize less than healthy or dysfunctional misbehaviors, and respond with the transformational responses that actually retrain, reduce or remove the misbehaviors.

Each course - taught over several sessions in a comfortable, non-threatening group setting of several couples and a Family Team Coach - provides simplified explanations and a series of experiential role-modeling scenarios through which parents really learn the effective, healthy, loving and functional responses which transform the child’s behaviors, immediately.

There are new concerns and issues confronting families today, and specifically intense stressors which your children may face each and every day of their lives, which were not around when we were kids. The safety of your children is what is at stake. This calls for a more proactive approach to supporting children and youth with healthy decision making, belonging to a family where everyone feels that they are part of a winning TEAM, and having the trust to discuss any issue with a parent, no matter how difficult.
